Fourth Space Real Estate is seeking to employ a Marketing Manager, with 3 – 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns whilst managing and inspiring a small team, who reports to the Studio Director.
The ideal candidate must be available immediately, based in Cape Town and comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
BRAND MARKETING
- Co-create and execute the Marketing Strategy across all Marketing channels
- Analyse and report on the marketing strategy in terms of value, returns and effectiveness
- Support teams leading and delivering Digital Marketing strategy
- Creation of the marketing reports and annual marketing calendar
- Champion the internal marketing process; i.e. induction of new staff and external partners
- Ensure that the brand(s) is represented correctly across all platforms
- Day-to-day management of suppliers and partners
- Act on behalf of and represent our brand proudly at all times including events, networking and conferences
- Be a part of a team continuously driving innovation and alternative thinking
PROJECT MARKETING
- Conceptualise all project marketing collateral and overall launch strategy with the Fourth Space Studio Director
- Creation and management of a successful project timeline
- Manage internal and external teams in accordance with the project timeline and plan
- Input into budget and financial planning and cash flow when required
LEAD GENERATION
- Create content and supporting material for all lead generation and leasing with supporting graphic designer
- Work closely with the Sales team to continuously review and improve lead generation
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Manage the company and brands social media pages - planning and implementing the social media calendar, with the support of social media assistant and team
- Report on the performance of these channels quarterly
EVENTS MARKETING AND SUPPORT
- Responsible for ensuring that the brand is represented accordingly at all events.
- Provide support for events
- Manage any internal events
- Client-facing at any company events and required to attend any partner events

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills
- Excellent organisation skills and content writing skills
- Excellent presentation design and presentation delivery
- Use of Adobe Suite
- Digital marketing experience (min. 2 years)
