Over our 30+ years of experience we have developed meaningful and impactful relationships with leading organisations in social sectors, charities, NGOs and civil society groups.
We consider these social partners as integral to the reinvention of real estate and embed the most appropriate and suitable social partner into a project. These could range from supporting the housing of women and children, public space activations to bring a precinct to life, introducing local art, culture and sculpture into areas and ensuring sufficient spaces for the mentorship and wellbeing programmes.

Durban’s homeless receive a hand up instead of a hand-out. We want to change the perception, people need to start seeing them as business people and not beggars. Paper Money, is a project initiated by the Centre in partnership with Independent Media and Urban Lime, that hopes to help Durban’s homeless become self-employed newspaper vendors at all intersections around the city.
