Good Hood Stories: Bellhaven Harm Reduction Centre

In this Good Hood Story we travel to Durban where a number of partners across sectors have come together to test an innovative and progressive solution to homelessness and substance abuse, called Harm Reduction. We talk to Prof Monique Marks, one of the champions behind the Bellhaven Harm Reduction Centre, to find out what it takes and how this approach could be replicated in other cities.
